I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Vision-Box (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Feb 2021
Interview
My process started through a recruitment company that contacted me and intermediated the first interaction with the company. The entire process was very straightforward and fast. It was a 3 stage interview, first with the head of product and HR, second with VP of product and the third one was to present a challenge they gave me after the second interview. It was a spot on challenge and it was made to understand our line of thought, logics and knowledge over product management. I really enjoyed it.
A very positive aspect of the process was to have always the feedback during the call, they always were very careful to give me feedback and point out all the good things and things to improve. They also gave me very fast replies about the next step, normally taking 1-2 days to contact me again about the next step.
I'm very excited to start work with them.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Vision-Box (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Jul 2011
Interview
It started in a recruiting agency for a first selection. I then had 2 more interviews in the company directly with VP and CEO and they made me an offer. The process was really fast as they had a big urgency in the position
