Completed the screening within the designated time frame and was contacted almost two weeks later for a phone interview. The interviewer missed the phone screen, apologized, sent only one email attempting to reschedule, and then I never heard back. Not sure what the deal over at VEP is, but HR doesn't seem entirely with it.

I had a very similar experience to what others here on Glassdoor have reported I saw the job at VEP online and applied. Was contacted via email within a few days by a company recruiter. I was instructed to take a cognitive and personality test online. A few days later I was contacted again via email and informed they wanted to move to the next step which required taking the cognitive test again while being observed and a brief phone interview. I was instructed to provide my availability for the following week which I did. I wasn't contacted until the end of the next week and was informed that the recruiter had been too busy so we rescheduled for the following week. No definite date/time was set. I waited to be contacted the following week but I never heard back. I guess they weren't too interested in me after all.
