Interview
After applying, applicants are required to take a cognitive assessment (very important) and a personality test. Vista filters out a lot of talent through their cognitive assessment, and then I had a few phone screens before being invited to a super day in their Austin, TX office.
I applied online with no referral and then had to take an online assessment. After that, I was contacted for a first round. If you moved past the first round, it was straight to a superday.

Interview
Started off with a timed online assessment that is more of less an IQ test. Nothing too difficult but move fast and answer as many questions as possible. Then received a screening call with HR and another interview with an associate that were all fairly easy. Very kind, smart, and serious bunch
