I applied online and received a call from a recruiter within 2-3 days. Completed a phone interview and then did 3 face to face interviews with other consultants and team/department leads. Face to face interviews were repetitive but it gives management a good opportunity to determine if you are a good fit for the position and company. Overall it was a good experience.
