Had the first interview by phone then came into the office for an in-person interview with the managers. After the interview, it was required to take an excel skills test as well as a customer service test.

First did a phone interview, then another in my native language with one of the team memebers, after that in person with 3 of the managers. The in person was about and hour and a half and met with each manager separately. I was then required to interview in my native language.
