Process began with an initial solicit by email from a recruiter through indeed.com. She was very personable and welcoming over the phone but made a few mistakes when arranging the interview (time and date were incorrect on her email). Had to call to clarify proper times. Next was a phone interview with a top director which began slightly late. Opened the conversation by asking if I had any questions prior to conducting the phone interview. Asked mostly about employee achievement recognition and what the role involved. Had to explain situation with current employer and reasons for looking elsewhere.
Upon successfully completing both phone interviews, a lengthy in person interview was conducted with three different directors, a current solution adviser, and an HR rep. I was asked to present to a group for about 30 to 45 minutes of anything software related. Then individual interviews took place between the director of sales and director of finance and administration. Both were adamant about high stress, long work hours, previous SAP experience, and adapting quickly to a fast paced environment. Explanation of benefits, vacation time, career development plans were discussed as well.
Seemed a bit overwhelming for a position not highly recognized by the company. Everything went extremely well for the most part but a bit of confusion took place throughout the entire process.
