The initial interview went extremely well. As far as the type of questions asked and the person conducting it. However...I was informed I would hear from the manager soon to setup a second interview and instead I received zero communication until weeks later via e-mail. I received a generic e-mail stating they are focusing on other candidates. If they run their company like they run their interview/hiring process, I would never want to work here. Best of luck if you accept a job. Based on what I've read...it's more than likely you'll end up unhappy.
