The interview process was unique. They reached out to me yet seem shocked by my experience & my current role/company. I think the recruiting team should gauge what type of candidates they are actually looking for before inviting people to apply and interview as it feels very dismissive when the hiring team seems "shocked" by your experience, or lack of pertaining to the role. There is also little preparation going into the interview, typically you expect them to ask questions, but they more so look for you to already know what you would like to ask or speak about. Additionally, when invited to apply, I was not send the role information directly, and had to seek it out, which is fine, but if a candidate wasn't as well prepared, it would have been a disaster.
