The interview process seems to be a game to Vital. I saw a role on the website and applied. Got an interview a week later to which she let me know they didn't actually have a role available. It took 2.5 months before Vital reached back out to me to set up another interview. During this time, I saw multiple posts on LinkedIn, Indeed, and on the company website for the same role. I interviewed again with 2 more people, got very nice notes from each in response to my thank you notes, but again was told they weren't in a position to hire. Then a month after this, I got a chance to interview with 2 more people. Since that time, it has been over a month, I have not heard back on any aspect of my candidacy. This is now over 4.5 months in total from first interview. I still see job postings for the role I applied for. Vital claims it prides itself on getting back to candidates within 48 hours post interview, however this does not appear to be the case.
