No follow up with me or feedback after two interviews. Second interview included a presentation (i.e. free labour). Interview itself was not a particularly pleasant experience either. Overall a very poor candidate experience.

Question 1
Who is your favourite and least favourite boss? (Yeah, that was the kind of interview this was *eyeroll*)
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vitalograph (Ennis) in Oct 2022
Interview
Communication from HR was friendly and efficient throughout. I firstly had a screening call, followed promptly by an in-person interview with two people. Finally I was invited to do a brief presentation on Teams which their Chief People Officer also attended. Everyone I interacted with seemed upbeat and passionate about the company. The impression I got is that there’s a clear intention to evolve the business at a period of accelerated growth. At interview they demonstrated a genuine interest in delving into the breadth of my experience as well as my drivers and work ethic. I had questions about flexible / hybrid working etc as I am a parent. Instead of email ping pong, I was delighted to get a call directly from the Manager to discuss the company’s approach. I take this as a positive sign that the company is understanding: supportive of their staff who have family obligations. My instinct based on the interaction to date, is that I will fit in and work well with the team.
