Interview
One on one with team leader, seemed focussed on condidates who would be interested in graduating to a trading role after a couple of years on a particular desk. Very process-orientated.
First there is an Aptitude, personality, behavioural test (make sure you check your emails properly they send 3 and they look identical) then Excel technical test (pivot tables etc.) then networking event
HR screening call, then an interview with 3 managers. After the interview, sent 2 technical tests (Excel and Python). Had to also arrange for an afternoon of back to back interviews with HR, matrix heads and hiring managers.
Thorough interview process, high professional, get to meet and speak with employees in a range of roles. Whether a senior trader or a junior member of the logistics, people were incredibly humble and you could tell the company’s culture was a strong one.
