I was interviewed at Vitol through a recruiter. After an interview with two people (hiring managers) I was sent a problem to work for a week. I spent a week working on it, changing some vacation plans, and then they never went back to me. This is an absolute disrespect and shows how badly this place has to be if they treat people like that.
