Met with a manager and current Audit Support employee. They gave me some information about Vitu as a company, stressing the benefits of the working environment and asked if I had any questions. I had a few prepared and asked them. They gave me a rundown of the position, and what I could expect as a Temp to Hire employee. They stressed punctuality and the ability to memorize processes as their greatest asks for an Audit Support employee. They did not ask me about myself, but seemed interested in hiring me when I expressed interest in taking the position. The interview did not last more than 20 minutes. The next day my recruiter gave me a call and let me know that they were going with a different candidate who interviewed for the position.
