      Human Resources Coordinator Interview

      Nov 3, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Vituity in Sep 2016

      Interview

The interview process seemed very organized and promising in the first few phases. I was very excited but this excitement slowly went away. Right after the first phone interview, I got called in every week to do another follow-up interview. I completed tests each time and it seemed to be going very well. However, when they told me they'd call in x amount of days, I did not get any answer. Every time I completed an interview phase, I assumed they'd let me know if I either got the job or was no longer a candidate. Total interview phases I completed was 3. Their hiring process is definitely not organized and very inconsistent. I thought I'd really enjoy working here, but seeing the way they communicate and how unorganized everything is really made me glad I have another opportunity elsewhere. I understand that they are in a growing phase right now, but I hope they are able to fix up their process and make it more efficient and effective. I was contacted many weeks later that I was still a candidate, and told that I would get an update. I have not received an update and I don't expect to.
