After a recruiter reaches out, a phone interview is scheduled based on your availability. The interview was relatively short, only less than 15 minutes. Was very conversational and friendly, just getting to know who you are as a applicant.

very casual. was a conversation. maybe one formal question. They just wanted to chat to see who you were and made you walk through your resume. They also want you to do a small test of being a scribe.

Interview
Phone screening for about 10 minutes. They invited me to an in person interview at the hospital Location I applied for. In person interview (less than 10 minutes) - quick interview with two lead scribes and an ER doc. It was fast and easy.
The interview had several questions with very kind and engaging interviewers. I had a great time and did not feel like it was a high stress situation at all. Great place to have an interview for a good pre health experience.
