I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vituity
Interview
Applied online. Received a call from CEP about scheduling a brief screening interview. A second in person interview was then arranged with the ER's chief scribe. After my interview with the chief scribe I was informed by CEP a few hours after the interview that I was offered the position. After I was accepted, I was given access to online learning modules to learn more about medical terminology and company policies. Once I completed the online training, I scheduled in-person training with the chief scribe at the hospital I was going to be working at.

Interview
very casual. was a conversation. maybe one formal question. They just wanted to chat to see who you were and made you walk through your resume. They also want you to do a small test of being a scribe.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vituity (Sacramento, PA)
Interview
Phone screening for about 10 minutes. They invited me to an in person interview at the hospital Location I applied for. In person interview (less than 10 minutes) - quick interview with two lead scribes and an ER doc. It was fast and easy.
The interview had several questions with very kind and engaging interviewers. I had a great time and did not feel like it was a high stress situation at all. Great place to have an interview for a good pre health experience.
