In May of 2023, our company was the victim of a cyber attack and unknown parties began contacting individuals regarding an open position we had at the time (Junior Recruiter - Remote). The unknown party(ies) fraudulently conducted "electronic interviews" posing as VivSoft Technologies and sent fake employment offer letters to multiple individuals. We took extensive action to combat this cyber attack. Unfortunately, it seems that you were one of the individuals impacted by this scam. We are sorry this happened to you. Please see the scam alert which has been posted on our website: SCAM ALERT If you have been contacted regarding the Junior Recruiter position at VivSoft and were asked to complete an electronic interview questionnaire and were then sent an offer of employment, please be aware that this is a scam. Be cautious and always check the email ID when receiving such emails. VivSoft will always use its company email domain (@vivsoft.io) and will never use a private email account (i.e. gmail or yahoo) to correspond with candidates or send offers. Furthermore, we will never conduct interviews in such a manner nor we will ever ask candidates to pay an application fee or pay for equipment.
