There was only one interview, which was straight forward. Chatted mostly about my background in kubernetes, helm, and CICD tooling. Very engaging conversation, which didn't feel like an interview at all.

Interview
Holy cow, talk about scatter brained. These guys have really interesting visions but with no real direction. Couldn't answer what tooling they used since apparently each team uses a different tool.
They gave an impromptu challenge, 2 questions each with four bullet points each being a task to complete. The type of tasks that would take multiple days to complete like building a pipeline and they ask the candidate to try and complete them in 5/10 mins using pseudo code. The questions are vague too, didn't even mention which platform the pipeline was for. It made me sweat bullets since there was no mention of that prior to the interview.
Oh there's also another part where you're given a diagram and asked to point out the flaws. Use draw io to point out issues with the workflow.
Even if offered I'm not sure I would take it. I think there are some internal problems that needs to be sorted out.
