We are very selective around who we bring on to the team and have created an interview process that does include additional asks around why you would be a fit for the opportunity and we appreciate the time and effort candidates put in to defining why they are the best candidate for Vivax Pros.
We make every effort to deliver the best information around our compensation process and want to make sure that the information is correct - our Sales Team is paid their salary weekly and have three separate bonuses based on different KPI’s. Their first bonus is paid monthly; the second is paid quarterly and the final is the annual volume bonus which is paid out once a year.
