Interview
My interview process was different than most. I had initially gone in for a Project Manager career day. After reviewing my skills and experience I was offered the chance to interview for the Marketing team. I spoke with the Marketing Supervisors and Director the week before the quarantine began. Unfortunately, the position was put on hold. I followed up and was offered another opportunity with the Vivax field team. I interviewed for that over a week and was finally offered the opportunity to join EITHER the field team or marketing team. I ended up choosing the marketing team because I felt I had initially started my "relationship" with Vivax for that role.
I did not want to give up on trying to work for this amazing company and made it my goal to work for Vivax. I did not think I would be in the role I am, but I love the company and my job.

Would I be comfortable making 100 phone calls per day?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vivax Pros (Denver, CO) in May 2019
Interview
Was invited to a group interview where two current employees explained their background and what the company is like. Then asked to complete an online application, then I was asked back for a 1 on 1 interview with the department manager. Very casual and friendly meeting. Then asked to write a "Why" letter explaining how I would be a good fit for Vivax, and how Vivax would be a good fit for me. Then I was asked back for another interview with another manager. After that interview I was informed that they had decided to pursue other candidates.
