It seems everyone's interview process has been a bit different over the past decade. I had a very short interview process in that I came in for a group interview with 3 other people and then came back and met with the CEO and the Marketing Director for my final interview. I did have to write a short "why" paper as to why I was drawn to the company and the position but they made it pretty simple.
