Vivint Graphic Designer interview questions

Applied for the job on Vivint's website after finding it on LinkedIn. Was contacted via email a couple weeks later for a phone screen with HR. That had to be rescheduled once due to a conflict the recruiter had, but that wasn't really a big deal. Phone screen went well and I was told that the hiring manager would be in touch in the next day or 2 to schedule another interview. Never heard from them. 3 follow up emails to the HR rep over the course of 2 weeks went unanswered. Finally received an automated rejection email 2.5 weeks after the initial phone screen.
