From the time that I first talked on the phone with the recruiter to the time I was offered a position was 4 months. They delayed the process as much as possible. It was only when I had to professionally let them know that I had a firm deadline on getting an offer that they finally sent me an offer letter. I had to let them know that I wanted to be respectful of not on my time, but the time of I had three other offers on the table
The interview process started as a phone conversation with the recruiter screening me for interest in the position. I was then scheduled to have a phone interview with the manager of that team. After that, I was scheduled for my first of two in-person interviews. The first was a panel style meeting with 5 other individuals, the second was a 1:1 with the VP of marketing.
There was some miscommunication from HR on where / when the interview was supposed to be. I'm glad that I followed up to confirm the location of my interview or I would have gone to the wrong location. Also, when I arrived according to the scheduled time, the person who was supposed to meet me in the lobby to take me to my interview showed up 20 min late, making me 20 min late for my interview.
