Over the phone, interviewer conducted during rush hour traffic jam. No face-to-face and minimal contact. Was not aware of my qualifications nor was knowledgeable of advanced technical qualifications I presented. Was promised a video interview but no such event occurred. HR conducted most of the interview which was done over email.
