I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vivint (Frisco, TX) in May 2022
Interview
Started with a phone call from a remote representative in Utah. Fairly short conversation, basic information about the job and a few questions about my background.
This qualifies you for an interview with the field who asked some more in depth questions about your work ethic and mentality.
From there, there was a final meeting over Microsoft teams with the district manager. This definitely was the most difficult piece because their questions were very poignant.
Overall, the team was very kind and respectful. There wasn't much communicative resistance with the managers, fairly easy going team.

Question 1
Are you comfortable with combing sales into your workflow?
Process was via MS teams, so I had to download and install that. I was dressed business casual for the interview and the interviewer was wearing a Beanie and sweatshirt. Interview went well and seemed like I was going to get hired, I was told I was exactly what he was looking for. I was told someone would reach out by the end of the week, nobody did. I had to reach out and find out they hired someone else.
Alot of questions about your job history and what would you do in a safety related situation. Getting to know you as a person. They are very picky i feel but as long as you show good character, you will get the job successfully.

Interview
first got a phone call from HR and talked about the job. asked about when I could interview. then video and met the manager in the area. overall not a bad process since the job is remote and we don't have to meet at a office
