Vivint Customer Retention Representative, "Customer Loyalty" interview questions

I was contacted within 10 minutes of submitting my resume to Vivint. I was called to interview the next day at an early hour. I wasn't aware until I showed up and got a "name-tag" that is was quite apparent it was a group interview. The man whom conducted the interview was pleasant, but asked mundane interview questions. There were a total of 4 questions they asked, that was it, and we were on our way out. Everything seemed a little rushed. Our "interview" was located in their cafe. I thought it was unprofessional, but whatever, it's a cool looking place.
