The interview process is fairly straight forward. It started with a number of phone call interviews with different individuals, and then on-site to be interviewed by the Chief Information Officer and President. The phone interviews usually lasted about an hour or so, and would ask generic questions about your previous employment, reason for applying, and if you were alright working with no processes in place.
