Interview
I applied on line, so got a call and had a phone screening with one HR person. Then I was invited in for a morning interview. Started with HR, meet with a couple of unit people including hiring manager. When I interviewed, it was a traditional process for a lower level job, so nothing out of the ordinary as far as the process. Interview took place in the actual work area so you got to see what the building was like. They do not drug test. I think this is because there are alot of healthcare related people in this industry and they use a lot of pharmaceuticals so they don't test. Of course, at work they have a zero tolerance for alcohol or drugs, but it was the first company I ever interviewed with that DIDN'T drug test.
