Series of phone calls. First with a recruiter who set me up with someone who would be on my team if hired. Very conversational, no behavioral questions and making sure that I would be getting the experience I wanted out of the internship. Asked how I could help the department in certain areas, and how my background could help me excel in the role. Whole process took about 3 weeks.

The process consisted of three, thirty minute phone screens with different members of the team I was applying for. General personality and background questions. Plenty of time to ask questions and it was expected you had prepared questions for the interviewer ahead of time.

3 interviews in total: Went through an initial 30-minute phone interview with the hiring manager, was then forwarded to a team member for another 30-minute phone interview going over past work experience, skill set, and tools, then forwarded to the manager of the team to discuss the opportunity further.

Interview
Three interviews: 1 with HR representative, 1 with my manager, and 1 with the director. They were all around 30 minutes each and over the phone. It was very organized. Only con was that HR expected a final decision to be made within 5 days of receiving the offer.
