The entire interview process by Human Resources was unprofessional. The hiring manager kept stating in each consecutive interview that she did not think I would be content with the role. She replied, "I am still not convinced" to every one of my replies. I have no idea why she she was insistent upon wasting my time and hers by continuing the interview process. After my in person interviews I contacted Vizient several times requesting feedback and they never gave me the courtesy of a reply. I feel when a candidate invests time for 3 rounds of interviews he/she deserves a response from the hiring company especially when he/she has requested feedback multiple times from the company. If you are a Human Resources professional with any aspirations to grow, develop, express your point of view, and advance within a company, RUN from this company. The HR department is dysfunctional on many levels.
