I applied for indeed posting. A 3rd party Recruiter called me and arranged for a phone screening with the manager(An Indian with Stanford degree, Wow !) with in 2 days. The screening is a nice discussion and courteous. He immediately told me his interest in bringing me in for F2F interview. The Recruiter arranged it with in 2 more days . The project manager is a very courteous, friendly and warm personality. After a 5-10 min casual discussion in his room, he left me with 3 senior Engineers. They asked me about my background, previous work, some general software QA best practices, how I would build a framework myself etc. for 30 min. Later they handed me a couple of sheets with SQL questions which are intermediate to complex level (I am no expert in SQL). I could able to answer only the first page. They are very flexible to say it is OK and they are not expected to be 100% answered.
Next they gave a Selenium test automation of a website on a paper with what they want to see. While they are watching it on wall mounted monitor, I completed the test automation.
All along they are cordial, encouraging me.
