I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vizient (Denver, CO) in Apr 2019
Interview
2 hour interview split (1 hour technical questions and challenge, 1 hour behavioral questions). The technical portion involved sitting before 3 interviewers, who asked questions about my experience from my resume. They also asked to described the architecture of certain projects I'd built and why I chose specific technical languages/frameworks. 2 of the interviewers in this portion were polite, while the third was quite condescending and smirked at some questions I asked about the company, even though the other interviewers commented that they were good questions.
The behavioral section of the interview was pleasant, as the sole interviewer was kind and enthusiastic. He asked how I had solved disagreements with team members in the past and asked me to whiteboard/sketch the architecture for a hypothetical app.
I never heard back from Vizient after this 2 hour interview, despite the fact that my interviewers said they'd let me know once they went through the rest of the candidates. This was surprising, as they're a large company with (in theory) the resources to send a 'no thank you' message as a courtesy. Unfortunately, many companies like this one seem too disorganized and/or inconsiderate for common courtesy.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vizient (Irving, TX) in Apr 2022
Interview
After applying I was contacted by the recruiter about 2 weeks later for a phone screening. Later that day I was contacted to schedule an interview over MS Teams with 2 interviewers. During the interview, I was writing a short function on notepad when I made a mistake. One of the interviewers laughed a couple of times at me before pointing out the mistake that I immediately fixed. This gave me a really bad impression of the company and it ruined my mood for the rest of the interview.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Vizient (Cape Girardeau, MO) in Oct 2021
Interview
Pretty repulsive interview process to be honest.
2 phone interviews,
1 panel interview,
1 technical interview,
then another panel interview.
Yep, you read correctly. 5 interviews totaling about 4-5 hours. I was then sent the benefits PDF to review and kept in touch with the company via text for about 2-3 weeks, always being told that the team was meeting to make a final decision that week.
After about the 3rd week I gave up reaching out to them, and never heard from the company again until the auto rejection email came out about a month or so later. Found a great job not too long after, and looking back I'm kinda glad I didn't end up with these guys. Lord only knows what it's like to work with them if that's how they treat applicants!
