No recruiter call just text message. During screening Interviewer was confused as to what position I was interviewing for. I was asked if I am inclined towards Architecture role. VP who was supposed to join discussion did not join. Next day upon following with recruiter to share my experience was told Director position is on hold and recruiter forgot to inform me - Really?? Moreover i was told Interviewer was looking for my desperation while offering other position. Overall very very bad experience. Not sure if this is how they treat their employees as well.
