Interviewed with three people on a first round call - very uptight people - most concerned about process and not candidate experience. I am very glad was did not get further in the process. Feedback took forever!

I had an initial phone interview, a phone interview with the manager then 3 hour back to back interviews 1 person, then 2, then final was with senior management
