Interview
One of the best interview experiences I’ve had in my entire career. I applied for the role at the beginning of July, reached out to an administrative manager on L.I. and had a brief conversation with her on a Monday about the role. The next day I met with their talent partner. She was very thorough in her communication and the process moved very quickly. By that Thursday and Friday I met with 3 hiring managers. Got a follow up email to come in person. Met with 4 executives in one day and got a job offer at the end of the week. Negotiated a salary and start date.
Did first interview over Zoom with an inside recruiter. It seemed to go well although she was not very personable and asked pretty generic questions. Did a second interview with the hiring manager. She communicated very well, had thoughtful questions and described the position in detail. She answered my questions as well. They took a long time to get back to me though - over a month.

Interview
Quick process after selected in the phone screen. However, after final phase never heard back from anyone so I reached out via email and by the end of the day, I received a response that I was not chosen and to continue to applying.
