Very smooth process. Interviewed with various managers based in various countries over a period of around three weeks. It was a positive experience with very knowledgeable people who understood in detail the job I was being interviewed for. I was asked relevant questions and allowed to answer them specifically and in detail. All in all, a very positive and pleasurable experience.
