The process was very thorough with several phone interviews as well as self assessment tests. You also need to do a sales presentation via skype and answer like questions like a customer would ask.

Interview
The process moved along pretty quickly and streamlined process - engaged with recruiter via phone several times. Then, met with the President (hiring manager) in person, came back for a 2nd interview/meeting with hiring manager and HR Director in person and did a mini presentation. Followed up with a phone interview with CEO.
