The whole interview process went very smoothy. I applied online and then was contacted to schedule a phone interview. Then went to the office for a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager about a week later. A second round of interviews followed with senior management and finally reference checks. Correspondence with the company was always direct and straight forward, and the next step clearly communicated.
