Found the job and applied through vizrt.com. First step was a Skype call where we talked about my background, qualifications and experience and about the company and position. Second step was a programming problem where I was given access to a remote machine and complete the challenge using c++. Final step was a in-person interview where Vizrt invited me to their office in Innsbruck and we talked a bunch about the company and the position. The whole process was fast and smooth and the company and technology seemed really nice so I would recommend and consider Vizrt and as future employer.
