It started with my resume walkthrough on aws, cloud etc. interviewer was very nice guy. he asked me questions on memory management on kubernetes pods. then he switched to c++ and asked some questions which i answered. later, i got stuck on some leetcode medium question. after this, i didn't get a callback.
It was through LinkedIn Easy Apply.
Submitted my resume and application and the hiring manager directly reached out. He scheduled a zoom meeting, 30 min. He seemed in a rush. He expressed he had previously already interviewed others and already had a top 3 but that he took too long (traveled somewhere) and too much time passed so he was going to interview a few more “in case the others weren’t around”.
He talked about the role for the most part. And then just asked me if I had questions. Which I did. He didn’t ask about my experience.
He just was… unprofessional and the vibe was “want to get it over with”.
After that, just ghosted.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vizrt (London, England) in Aug 2025

Very fast and transparent interview process. 5 rounds and an offer within 2-3 weeks, which speaks to the speed and decisiveness of the company. Onboarding was extremely smooth - all tech was ready, a plan had been drafted for me, automated process through the Viz University learning and onboarding platform. 10 out of 10.
