Initial HR interview went smoothly. This was sort of a feeler interview on both ends (for the company as well as myself). HR explained the position in-depth, more than online description (very well informed for such a large company and the number of positions each HR person must be versed in). She had some well pointed questions that really got to my management style and we went over some general filtering questions about past positions and future aspirations. There was a 2nd interview with the potential manager, 3rd interview with potential co-worker (in a similar position in a sister company), another follow-up with HR person. All of the interviews were virtual and were scheduled in a timely fashion with great communication between each one (of on-going status and so forth).
