I was contacted by an external recruiter for the position. I went in for a get to know you meeting with the internal hiring manager. After that went well, I was brought in for a 6 hour interview loop. When I arrived for the loop, they were not prepared. The HR manager and I toured the office looking for an available space for me. Once we found that, the first person on the loop eventually came in for the first hour. The second hour was a different person. The third hour was supposed to be with the hiring manager from before but he was "pulled into another meeting" so I ate my sandwich by myself in the conference room for an hour. The fourth hour featured my third different interviewer. After that, the HR managere came in and told me that there was no point in continuing to waste their time and mine and sent me on my way. On the way out the door, the HR manageer indicated that my deficiencies were technical in nature and they did not have time to ramp someone up on their systems.
