They are 2 people for interviewing one is department manager and 2nd is HR.
They introduce their self and after that they asked me to introduce my self and after that lots of technical and HR questions. In the end they ask me what kind of work I wanted to do in my upcoming 2 years. After my description they ask my expectations from Voith and then they describe about the task. Really they told me an interesting task more then they describe in position advertising.
