Long and not transparent after 3 months they send a rejection. Meanwhile I send to emails toi them and they did not answer. It means, they pay no attention to your time and right for beinig informed about the interview. Or they keep you on reserve and search the market again and again. If you do interview with them, they may behave unprofessionally.
I had several interviews and toured the facility. They never reached out and followed through with the courtesy call to let me know I hadn't gotten the position. Overall the process took up an abundance of my time and wasn't handled with much professional etiquette.
