Volansys Embedded Software Engineer interview questions

I had applied for the post of embedded engineer and after 15 days I got a call then they scheduled the interview on Monday then I had the interview for more than 1 hour and then I got a call on Wednesday that my first round was cleared and HR told for another technical round to be held then I had my interview on Thursday it was also of one hour then after completion of that round they sent a form related to previous experience details and then I got a call from HR and he discussed about my salary expectations and previous experience then after a long discussion he confirmed that you will get this much CTC but it doesn't match my expectations but I agreed with HR and he discussed about company policy, joining date and accomodation then I got a call on Friday that I will have a final round but this was rescheduled on Monday then again it rescheduled on Tuesday then I had my final technical interview and after that I got a call from HR and they told you will get joining from Monday and confirmation end of the day but before you have to submit your relieving letter and salary slip and after that you will have an HR round for salary discussion after one hour on the same day I got a call from HR and they told about salary deduction from discussed package so I rejected and after some time I got a call from another HR and he also told for same salary and we had a lot of discussion on that. After some time I again got a call from HR he told me that if you want expected package then you have to clear one more technical round which head will take. Now on Thursday I got a call from HR before two hours from interview and they told me that they will provide me a link and you have to solve the problems then I got a link and I found that the problems were algorithm based and very tricky and then I had an interview with head and they asked the questions and I answered all then he asked the questions which do not suit my skills then I called HR for confirmation on next day and he told me that they had put my profile on hold. After discussion with HR they finally told me that I was not selected in third round only....it seems like if I was not selected then why they discussed with me about joining date...package....my relieving letter and pay slips....and why they conducted another round. They are not able to judge employees skills with so many rounds so this company interview was totally waste of my time. They play with employees mind... totally waste of time...never ever suggest to anyone...very bad experience... unprofessional behavior...liars. They had taken rounds like they are giving me package above my expectations...
