Call by HR. Then in-person interview. There was a disconnect between HR and the Interviewer. I had explicitly confirmed about the position responsibilities. But, it turned out to be a people manager/lead position rather than technical leadership position. Was a waste of time. If I had known about the position better, would have declined the interview and saved time for the Interviewer and myself.
