Interview
I had a technical round, which went pretty great. The interviewer was super helpful, as I was not prepared for the use of pandas and python. The interview process is not too organized because I expected sql, python and technical questions. Later there was a take home assessment which was all correct.
Hackerrank coding OA (pandas, sql), coding exercise interview(pandas), and a first-round interview (consisting of a data modeling case interview and a debugging coding session(python and linux). did not pass after that
I was supposed to five interviews. But I got only 2.
Like it was a mess, I understand they are hedge fund and stuff like that, but it was too difficult for a new grad role. They expect you to actually know so many stuff.
I had a data quality assessment, which means they want you to read and find out the error and correct them.. It was in python and hard. Like if you have experience, its manageable.
Then I had a linux round called debugging. It was very, very hard. You actually needed domain expertise on finance to do this round.

Starts with an OA(python data manipulation, SQL). After that we have another data quality round. then a live remediation round and then a data modelling round.
Final round with hiring manager. Lots of referrals were asked post interview process and they went pretty deep here.
