I was sourced by a sourcer. Decided to take the call, although I wasn't looking. Very strange, as I more than excel in the experiences and have done numerous Workday implementations. Looks like they might not want to pay max band for talent while requiring in-office work. A few things: -Opened a position that would be reporting into a Head of People that they're also hiring for, without much context here. -Weren't able to answer about existing tech stack -Added a major responsibility that's not in the job description (Processing the whole company's payroll? How do you leave this out?) When asked about the UK employees and payroll, there wasn't an answer -Couldn't answer details about the bonus structure, other than it's apparently 33% ("a third" is what I was told) but details wouldn't be given until offer.
