Started with 3 hands-on technical interviews, not sure what new information the team is trying to get after multiple rounds. The last round was called strategy and there was nothing strategy in it but another hands-on coding, total disappointment. I am never going to apply to this company that doesn't care what candidate is working on day to day, his skill sets but taking coding rounds in the world of Gen Al and marketing themselves as an advanced ML-using company.
