Ridiculous. They string you through an absurd number of rounds (to the point where it felt like they were scheduling interviews for no reason at all). Overall a complete and utter waste of time. Wouldn't recommend.
There were 4-5 interview rounds with heads of different teams in the rotational program over a video call and one call with someone who previously went through the program. Each interview lasted about 45 minutes
